Scope of Reporting
The channel is intended for reporting suspected violations of law, financial misconduct, environmental damage, workplace harassment, or breaches of safety regulations.
Confidentiality & Anonymity
All reports are treated with strict confidentiality. Reports can be submitted anonymously, and whistleblowers are protected against retaliation under the Whistleblower Act (1171/2022).
Processing of Reports
Reports are handled impartially by designated compliance officers. Receipt is acknowledged within 7 days, and feedback on actions taken is provided within 3 months.
